Hollyfield has a thriving art and design department.
In the centre of the school was a sweeping central staircase, used by all, but lacking any lustre.

L&S transformed the dramatic staircase into a unique gallery wall. The graphics invite you to think about what makes an artist and all the art careers you can imagine.

Transform a blank canvas white box into a Reading Room, inspiring pupils to a lifelong love of reading.

A legacy project, in the name of a past English teacher. Beyond the school library, this is a space dedicated to reading itself, sparking imaginations and big dreams.
L&S created a Story Wall, featuring children in amazing places, becoming Wistful Wanderers, Valiant Voyagers and so on. What will be the first line in your story?

Project Brief:
Whole school project to bring to life their
five STEP Academy Values through the theme of Curiosity, Collaboration, Communication.
3 Floors - Early Years / KS1 / KS2
Turnham Academy expanded with a new floor on top of their existing school building. Perfect timing!
L&S launched a new design scheme to express Turnham's individuality within the STEP family and tailored for the different years.
A set of 12 acrylic panels per floor, including the Turnham Matrix, Turnham Values and Wayfinders.
